How to get through the day

So I’ve been asked a lot about what keeps me going and positive! πŸ¦‹ πŸ¦‹πŸ¦‹

  • spend every day with the people who you love πŸ’“

  • do something everyday that makes you smile 😊 .

  • don’t lie to your self or to others πŸ’― .
    .
  • take it easy and look after your self. πŸ€΄πŸΌπŸ‘ΈπŸΌ

    🌹 – make plans for your future no matter what you’ve been told πŸ’ƒ .
    .
  • have rest days πŸ’… .
    .
  • write how you feel and document your emotions with a diary πŸ“” .
    .
  • don’t be alone in dark times πŸ‘― speak to someone anyone.
    .
  • make new friends. πŸ₯‚

    These are little rules I have made for myself. And they really do help so I hope they can help you to. πŸ¦‹
